Services
Each session is an hour long and combines cardiovascular training with strength training, then finishes with core and flexibility. All sessions are specific to the client’s needs and provide a challenging workout that is appropriate for their physical ability.
Single session = $60
Double (2 people) session = $45 each
Triple (3 people or above) session = $35 each
Bootcamps (5 or more) session = $25 each
1 month nutritional program = $120
Nutritional program includes:
Nutritional counseling
Diet analysis
Meal plan
Daily food log
Daily phone call
Grocery trip monthly
